The service

SevenVows lets you create a marriage bio-data by uploading an existing one or filling a form, download it as a PDF, and optionally share it through a private link. We are also building a verified matchmaking service, which founding families can join. SevenVows is for marriage only; it is not a dating service.

Who can use it

• You must be 18 or older.
• Bio-data may only be made for people of legal marriageable age in India (18 for women, 21 for men) who intend to marry.
• If you make a bio-data for someone else, you confirm they have agreed to it being made and shared.

Your responsibilities

• The details you enter must be true and not misleading.
• Don’t create bio-data for someone without their permission, or use another person’s photo.
• Don’t use SevenVows for fraud, harassment, dating or commercial solicitation, or to collect other people’s details.
• Keep your private delete links safe; anyone who has one can delete that bio-data.

We may remove content or block access if these terms are broken or if we receive a valid complaint.

AI-generated content

Our AI reads uploaded bio-data, drafts text and translates it. It can make mistakes, especially with unclear photos, handwriting, names and horoscope details. You are responsible for checking every detail before you download or share a bio-data. SevenVows does not calculate or verify horoscopes, kundli matching or any other astrological information.

No guarantees about matches

We do not verify the identity, background or claims of people whose bio-data you receive through SevenVows, and we cannot guarantee any match or outcome. Families should make their own checks before taking any decision about a marriage.

Fees

Making and downloading a bio-data is free. If we introduce paid features, such as premium designs, the price and what you get will be shown clearly before you pay.

Our content

The SevenVows name, designs, templates and website are ours. Your bio-data remains yours; you give us permission to process and display it only to provide the service you asked for.

Limitation of liability

SevenVows is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, for decisions made based on information in a bio-data, or for how other people use a bio-data or link you have shared with them. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.

Complaints and governing law

For any complaint, including about content that you believe is false, harmful or shared without consent, contact our grievance officer (Grievance Officer, SevenVows, grievance@mysevenvows.com). We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and aim to resolve them within 15 days. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in India have jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms as SevenVows grows. The date at the top shows the latest version. See also our privacy policy.
